About Dr. Christopher Johnson

Dr. Christopher Jay Johnson is Clinical Professor of Sociology at Texas State University; he helped develop the first MS in Dementia and Aging Studies in the US. He was Director of Gerontology for the Institute of Gerontology at the University of Louisiana for 27 years and developed an award-winning MA in Gerontology online there. He then travelled to Scotland to each in the Dementia Studies program at the University of Stirling in Scotland.
