About Philippa Fieldhouse
Philippa Fieldhouse is Managing Director for Richmond Villages, a network of luxury retirement villages that’s part of Bupa. In her four years with the business, she has grown its footprint to ten villages, caring for over 1,000 residents. She also recently oversaw the launch of Richmond Villages Willaston, one of the UK’s first specialist dementia villages, based on the ‘household model’ of care pioneered in the Netherlands.
Before joining the Richmond team, Philippa was Managing Director for Bupa Health Services, responsible for teams across more than 50 health clinics and the Cromwell Hospital in west London. Prior to this, she spent ten years working for the NHS, covering all areas from A&E, paediatrics, maternity, and cardiology, to nuclear medicine.
